December 2018 my husband and I three way called T-Mobile customer support. We decided that he would get taken off of my account and get his own. Months beforehand an arguement arose between he and I of him getting a phone out on my account, I was told he was allowed to do so because I approved him to be a authorized user. Upon adding him as a authorized user it was not disclosed that he would have such such say to access my line of credit without my written signature. An at&t technician came to install my services he installed the Internet and proceeded to install the cable box and couldn't get it working so he stopped and told me he was taking the cable box an a I should contact at&t to have another technician to come and finish the installation when I called they tell me I have to pay for another installation

They were not clear on their billing cycle. I though it was 30 days its suppose to be every 20 days and you have a 10 day grace period.if i pay on the 3rd or 5th of the month, I'm late but thats in the grace period, then they want to charge me on the28th of the same month. They are suppoce to work with you on the date you can pay. I'm being charged twice a month. If i pay on the 3rd i should receive the next bill the next month. Why am i being charge for april when their customer service did not withdrawn it for april in april i give them a date to withdrawn it and they did not do it. My truck was repossessed. Ally took my $2,800 to get it back, I went to the impound lot in Little Rock, AR to get it back and it was gone! I called Ally and was only able to speak with foreigners who told me they had it picked up and sent to auction by mistake anyway. All they did at that time was give me phone numbers to different auctions in OK, TX and TN to try to locate the vehicle myself and be expected to go out of state to get it MYSELF and only told they could send me an email complaint form. Frontier Communications Complaint

Back in June of 2018, I received a bill from Frontier that was nearly double our normal monthly service fee. Our bill went from $233.40/month to $447.40/month, and I never asked for or agreed to any additions/changes in my service. Over the past year, I have filed several disputes to remedy this situation (Dispute S-14245109, Dispute S-42113178, and Dispute S-14245109). I have spent hours of time with customer service representatives, and nothing has ever been resolved. In addition, I asked for them to examine their recorded phone records to prove that I never agreed to any extra fees. My calls were never returned. I finally had to cancel my service with them. On may 28 i had mobile deposited checks on to my account one for 900.00 one for 600.00 one for 400.00 one for 485.00 and they got deposited two my account but since i had one check of 200.00 did not get deposit ... They said because they have confidential information that indicates the checks MAY not be Good ..... Thats is discrimination!!!
