On 4/24/2019 Wednesday, I went to LA Fitness started a gym membership. Under the recommendation from the staff, they talked me into a tryout of a free personal training session (PTS). I just want to sign up for a simple training session, I didn’t even wanted a session that day, but they insist I have the free session at that time, so they can pull the high pressure sale. A while back frontier communications cancelled my services for non payment somehow they lost my payment in their system I tried to tell them for three weeks that they're wrong and that I paid them with proof from my bank statement at the end they found my payment records and refunded me back a 300.00 plus by sending me a check, few months later credit control agency contacted me stating that I owe frontier communications 279.00 dollars I called them and explained that was a mistake at their end and filed a dispute, I thought that was the end of it. Spirit Complaint

On June 2nd we were supposed to board a flight to Orlando from indianapolis but when we got to airport they told us we could not get on the plane because we didn't have assigned seats(which we paid $180 for fews ago) then on June 8th we were supposed to board a flight from Orlando to Indianapolis and somehow our names were not listed to get on our plane. We had to get a rental car and drive back home after waiting hours at the airport with 3 small children.
