Flight Number is BA 1589 operated by American Airlines Departing from DFW to LHR, connecting to another flight to a final destination of LOS (Lagos). Ashley was supposed to travel on May 22nd from DFW to LHR and connect to her flight to LOS, her final destination. She was denied checking in because she was holding a LAISSEZ-PASSER in the place of her expired BENIN passport. DirecTV Complaint

I had direct tv and internet bundled through At&T and direct tv. I canceled my service and was still billed the following month after my cancellation. I called 20 plus times and was promised refunds through checks, gift cards, never happened. Finally I had my bank reverse the charge. They sent me to collections for 140$ which I don’t owe and can’t get resolution through direct or At&T or the collection agency. They’re ripping people off and there is no solution for me to fix this. I’m so frustrated

I moved from Virginia Beach to Exmore VA. I wished I had done due diligence research. I usually do but did the human thing and trusted to wrong advice. I even purchased all of the equipment (well over $400.00) because I had an old fraud alert on my Equifax from when the 5 million breach and they denied me credit. (My credit is fine). I just desperately wanted internet service and was told this is the best. At my address I have since found I have 4 other choices all of which are far better and cost less. My service has been horrible. So 1 month in and I am told I have to call to cancel and that I will be fined $00.00 early termination. I was told going in it is month to month no contract. How

Their employee didnt enter IMEI #'s into their system in regards to 2 warranty exchange phones. As a result, I was unable to return the phones when they quit working. This was the 2nd set of LG V30's that were faulty. I emailed John Legere. He had a senior officer under him email me back & address situation. In the very first response, she admitted that their system didnt update IMEI's on new phones. Now whether thats an employees fault or a system error, its still not my fault. As a result of the issue, I was faced with either purchasing 2 new phones at retail price + continue payin on phones that didnt work & pay a non return fee on those phones or just simply change carriers.
