Metro by T-Mobile Complaint

My Wife Lisa and I brought over 7 lines of service from Sprint over to Metro PCS on 06/15/19, I was told that my screen protector was free for my Coolpad Legacy 2019 phone and I never got it, and all in a big thanks to the employee Jose taking it out of my hand to place it in a metro by t-mobile bag and I was never to see it placed over my screen to protect it, well a few days later I had put my phone in my pocket and when I went to sit down, it slipped out of my pocket and hit the ground on its face, and guess what happened..the screen broke and I didn't have it not even a week before my screen was broken and cracked, I have talked to the insurance company and they stated that they don't ev

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I filed an insurance claim on my phone. Att has been harassing me and my dad saying they never recieved my return. I have video showing the locked mailbox I put the phone into showing the tracking number and the address of the post office box I used. When I called in today after my dad sent me a string of messages at 4am and cussing me out at 8am. The agent told me they recieved the phone and we shouldnt have been being harassed. After they were going to charge us for the phone never being returned. The agent said to disregard our bill when it comes in and they will send another bill with the extra charge of the non returned phone removed.so basically if I hadnt taken the video then ATT woul
