American Complaint

I paid to have my professional Tripod shipped as baggage to my final destination. after arriving at my final destination part of my tripod (the most expensive part) had been unscrewed and removed. The bag that it was shipped in was ripped open and I am now left with part of a tripod. The head that was stolen was worth no less than 800-$1000. When I entered a claim with AA they said because it was shipped in a plastic bag (like a car seat) they would not reimburse me anything. They said I must ship items in containers that can withstand the riggers of baggage transports. Verizon Wireless Complaint

For the last 6 months my phone service (calls and texts) have not been working consistently. I have many screen shots with different time stamps showing my dropped calls, text messages that wouldn't go through etc. I switched to Verizon b/c their advertising says the have the best service and I need my phone for business. I have called into Verizon multiple times and each time they apologize, send me to the Apple store to get my device fixed etc. Most recently they told me a new sim card would fix the problem and they would overnight it. The SIM card arrived 2 weeks later, with incorrect instructions on how to install it and it still did not fix the problem. For Verizon to sell me an unlimit

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I needed to get a plan where my bill is less and the rep said she can get it lowered from $270 to $230 if i do the streaming mivies on my phone plan so i said is that everything included she said yes i just get a bill for $309 and so she kied and it went up and i called to have my old plan back and they told me i can no longer have my old plan back and the only way i can have lesser bill is to get a plan with a more limited service
