AT&T Complaint

I have cancelled my services starting today Jul 8th. My billing cycle started Jul 3rd and goes thru Aug 2nd. The customer service person has informed me that AT&T no longer do proration of the final bill and, therefore, will not pay me a refund for services not used from Jul 9th thru Aug 2nd.

Charter Spectrum Complaint

Added phone service to my Spectrum internet account in August 2018 & was shipped a box to do a self install. The instructions were confusing. I ended up having to call in & have someone walk me through the service installation. I was away from the home until October of 2018. This was in late November of 2018. I called within a week to request a credit for the approximately 3 months phone service was inactive. I was told the request for credit had been submitted & Spectrum would either contact me to let me know when the refund will be applied to my account or it would just be in my account within 6 to 8 weeks. Anytime Fitness Complaint

On April 8, 2019, I brought the medical documentation from my doctor stating clearly I'm not able to work out anymore. After 5 business days, I called and asked about the status of my request. Owner Joseph was really rude on the phone, laughing at me stating he doesn't have to listen to the doctor because he has signed a contract. I asked for a copy of my contract which I never received. As of today July 8, 2019, I went there one more time because they keep charging me. And ask them for cancellation, according to the law in Illinois they cannot keep the gym membership contract for more than a year. A full year would be in next month. I agreed to pay for it and ask them for cancellation. 20 m

Sprint Complaint

I switched to their kickstarter plan that offers unlimited 4G LTE data with streaming music in 256 KBs and video in 480p but this is not true. I am unable to view anything in 480p and music is constantly interrupted. They're either lying about their offer or their speeds/coverage or a combination of the two.

United Complaint

I booked united for travelling from Newark to India in August 2019 on June 20. I paid approx $2800 for tickets of me my wife and my 7 months old daughter, which is a premium over other market participants. I paid higher since it is a direct flight and we are travelling first time with our infant daughter, we wanted to avoid the hassle of change. I even spent almost an hour on the call talking to customer care rep to secure a bassinet for my daughter. United with no communication cancelled the tickets after a week or so. Verizon Wireless Complaint

They sent me a "like new" refurbished phone that had a bad charging port. Now the phone won't turn on at all and they are telling the insurance and warranty are void since the phone won't turn on and want me to pay the whole $160 deductible to get another replacement after only 3 months! Second time they did this. On the internet you can buy the phone for less than the deductible. However my payoff to Verizon is $260!!!!

DirecTV Complaint

Well let’s start off like this on January 25 they had took out 109.85 twice on that day an then on the 30 of January they took another 109.85 out again totaling amount of 329.55 from my fortiva credit card an they told me to send them proof of the statements that is what I did an I had called on May 21 an they told me oh I am very sorry but we did not receive anything.
