My name is E***** A*****, live at […] WA. My family ordered ADT in May, 2018. We paid $800+ installation fee, monthly auto pay ADT $65 per month. I was promised to have cameras that recording our very small unit C-101, especially in sleeping hours in the night, and I was promised I could check the ADT Recordings within 30 days. However, ADT failed their Home Security duty as I have been attacked with Plague superbug disease needle shoots all over my legs and arms ever since May, 2019. I have been in a very serious skin disease illness ever since. I went to ER on May 19, 2019, and the pictures of my wounds are showing I have been keep receiving the plague disease shoots, so my wounds on my legs and arms from bad to worse up to this days. We called ADT on July 7, 2019, asking to see our ADT Night-time-Recordings, but ADT told us we NEVER had this program. Shocking. Now, I’m afraid of go sleeping, I stay up all night, afraid of getting the superbug plague needle shoot, as well as in great deal of skin pain, the pain has been so great, it’s torture… We told ADT we want to have 2 recording cameras ASAP on July 7, 2019, but ADT schedule for July 23, 2019. My skin condition was awfully bad as all the pictures speak for themselves. ADT simply don’t care their customers, and, I was/is not getting what I was promised of getting from ADT, for that reason, I would like to sue ADT.
