AT&T Wireless Complaint

Since I switched my services to AT&T on August 31 2018 I have issues with Billing Services and Phones. I did get some credits for these issues but the issue has not been resolved. My plan has been change monthly causing more fees the phones were replaced but still have issues with call text and connectivity I have brought the phones in to both Best Buy and AT&T to be referred back to tech support. I can’t be the only one with these issues I feel with all these issues I did not make a good choice switching to AT&T I was mislead about promotions and plan price I did contact this service in the beginning and dropped the case as they had a solution but did not give me the credits they said they would.
