Comcast did not honor there hassle free move. I had contract free service for 3 years at […]. Aug 2018 I made change to move my service to new address […]. No package change, only change was home phone number and id channel no longer available at new residence. I stopped service November 2018 . They now have 2 accounts under my name in and claim that I had contract. I tried to dispute and they sent it to collections.. I never agreed or approved any changes to my service and upon cancelled they charged different.
