I have been with spectrum/brighthouse for many years and as of right now every single day I am kicked offline and my internet service is always never working I call and even get a new box but still I’m only able to be online for a short period of time so the speed of the internet and usage That I’m paying for is not being used if I’m getting knocked off line every day for hours at a time also I have yet to receive the 75 dollar refund that was suppose to be offered to me for the charge when switch from bright house to spectrum
