in April 2019, I called to get a promo for internet only at my home, 400 mbs for $39.99 per month. the salesman was adamant about including tv, with the caveat that I could remove the tv portion of the bundle at any time and keep the promo internet. within 30 days, i called to remove the tv portion and was denied, stating that i would be charged for early contract termination, of which I never received, had an opportunity to review nor executed and have been given tremendous runaround ever since, wasting hours of my time and most of all stuck paying upwards of $113 per month for a bundle that is billed at $75 per month. I’m seeking reimbursement for the overcharges, and compensation for my time and being forced to honor a contract I never executed.
