On your website, cricketwireless.com under the Device Trade in FAQs, it clearly states: “[If] my phone is battered, is that okay?” Your company’s response is: “Yes. It just needs to power on and the screen needs to be working.”

My phone turns on fully and the screen works fine.

Your associate told me in-store, since online research indicates I am to make a visit to accomplish a trade in, that this clause does not apply anymore. It is abhorrent that you would falsely advertise I can make a trade in, when your associates tell me otherwise.

I simply want to switch from my IPhone 7S+ to the IPhone 6S+ because of its headphone jack. I was even willing to pay applicable fees; but again, your associate said the store (located at Springhill Avenue in Mobile, AL) does not allow trade in’s.

If you will not agree to your own terms, I will proceed with legal representation.
