AT&T Complaint

I sent money order to AT&T DirecTV they saying they haven’t received my payments they turned my cable off today June 25th 2019 I called and track my money orders and they have been cashed buy DirecTV I have a money order for April 3rd 2019 AT&T DirecTV said they didn’t get it but it was cashed on April 16th 2019 another money order that I sent June 2nd of 2019 and it was cashed June 19th a 2019 buy AT&T DirecTV and they turned my cable off today June 25th 2019 and I’m sitting here without any television because my TV doesn’t have a converter box so it only works with the cable I’m not able to watch any shows at this moment I’m upset I paid them my money they cashed it and giving me the runaround when I call them and my cable is off I’m looking into filing a lawsuit my cable is not turned on are they reimburse me back my funds something needs to be done about this they need to keep better track of their employees and how fees and payments are processed and not hold us accountable the customers for the wrong that they’re doing on their end something needs to be done about this and I want to file a suit to make sure this doesn’t happen to me or someone else again
