At&t made a hard inquiry on my credit without my permission or me requesting any services of any kind from AT&T nor provided AT&T with my SSN.
I was able to contact the AT&T sales person who did the hard inquiry, he admitted that he did an illegal action from his behalf and he will reverse his action but he never did!
Note that I have no accounts with AT&T of any kind.
After talking with AT&T fraud department, and after tons of lies and passing me from one department to another and hanging up on me several times, they admitted the fraud action from there side but they wouldn’t fix it and they told me that I have to do all the disputes with the Credit bureau myself!
That hard inquiry on my credit lowered my credit score by 6 points at the time I was trying to buy a property which harmed me so bad.
I have SMSs and emails from and to AT&T to support my case.
