Wrongly awarded buyer with payment in dispute case.

I run an influencer marketing platform. In which buyers can hire the services of social media influencers to promote their products.

Buyer left comments that the work hired using multiple influencers was great and released the funds to the influencer (we use PayPal as an escrow. We forwarded funds minus our comission to the influecers)

6 months later all transactions were somehow disputed (PayPal has a 3 month window to do this so I’m not even sure how this was accomplished)

We provided PayPal with evidence that the buyer was happy with work, links to completed work, positive comments from buyer, transaction reference to the influencers.

PayPal ended sideding with the buyer, debited our account for all transactions (18) and added a $20 fee for each.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Return money and pay for damages as this delays payments for many other influecers
