Frontier was cancelled over the phone 3 times in the past 3 months. They tell me that they will send me an email of the confirmation of cancellation and then they do not send anything. I have paid they every last penny owed to them and owe them nothing else. They will not take their equipment back without a pin, and they won’t give me a PIN number over the phone for security reasons. And they tell me that they will mail me a PIN number. I have never received any PIN number from Frontier in the mail. They told me they would send me a box and an address to send their internet box to and they have not done that either. They are rude and unhelpful over the phone. They are improperly trained and seem incompetent to type in my correct email, address, phone number etc. Frontier believes I am late on payments when I have cancelled 3 times over the phone every time I call back they tell me “They see that there were hour long conversations with them, but no text on it or changes in the account.” They seem to be fraudulently trying to bill me for services not used. They are now trying to say unless I pay them money they will report “missed payments, and late payments” on my account (that was cancelled 3 times and paid in full) to credit bureaus and it will negatively be reflected on my credit report. They are blackmailing me and this needs to stop!!!
