I have had on going issues with Spectrum for approx a year already & all has been noted my Spectrum, it’s always something new and it’s always a huge fight to resolve any issue. My latest issue is on June 10th 2019 my business phone just stopped working and I wasn’t up & running until June 12 2019 so you can imagine how upset my customers were & you can imagine how my sales were negatively affected during this down time. I call Spectrum June 20 2019 to request a fair credit on my account and they first offered me $3.16 then $5.00 then their final offer was $10!!! How does this compensate almost 3 days with no business phone to run my business! My stress level for the down days were beyond heavy & I could not take care of my customers so a $10 credit is a slap in the face!! I’m so disappointed in Spectrum as my Business phone & internet provider and I’m looking into alternate resources at this point.
