I was lied to about a “promotional” price and having my fiber optics installation fees in divided $payments. NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED!!! We didn’t get our promised promotion of $24.99 (even though we had a mailed card from AT&T), did NOT break up the optics payments but charging us the FULL price up front (despite us repeatedly saying we are on a fixed income AND have been LOYAL customers of Direct TV for 14 yrs.), but you have lied to us, stolen our money repeatedly, raised the fees, etc. This has basically DARKENED our relationship with AT&T/Direct TV.
